Terms and Conditions

TON reserves the right to refuse any Subscriber advertising application or annual subscription renewal without explanation.

The Advertiser agrees to provide TON with all the relevant information required for either a listing, button ad or business directory listing.

The Advertiser agrees to that the information is an accurate portrayal of your business, facilities and services.

The Advertiser agrees that content of the advert is kept up to date by informing TON of any potential changes during the period of advertising.

Accommodation establishments, Restaurants and Estate Agents can only take a listing page.

Any other business in a specific town can advertise in the relevant business directory, or take out a button add if wider visibility is required.

TON does not accept any booking fees, or make any booking arrangements for accommodation establishments.

The Advertiser agrees to indemnify TON or any of it’s affiliates and staff against any expense, liability, claim or loss that results from any claims arising out of online publication and display of your website.

Monthly invoices for advertising fees are payable on or before the 7th day of every month.

Yearly renewals are payable on or before the 7th day of the invoice month.

One calendar month written notice is required to end any advertising listing.

All advertising rates are subject to change.

Refund Policy

Refunds: If an advert is cancelled within 30 days after payment, TON will refund 80% of the advertising cost paid. A 20% admin fee will be charged.
